Japanese Stir-fry salad
Toast in a dry frying pan:
2 crumbled up packages of mr. noodles (or substitute)
1/2 cup crushed almonds
4 Tbsp sesame seeds
-set aside.
Meanwhile, mix the dressing:
2 packages Mr. noodles powder (or 2 teaspoons powdered vegetable broth for Lenten version--not that Mr. Noodles uses real meat!!)
1/4 cup oil
4 Tbsp rice vinegar
3 Tbsp brown sugar
3 Tbsp soya sauce
-set aside.
Chop:
like, half to 3/4 of a cabbage (or use pre-cut cole slaw)
4 green onions
-stir fry all together in frying pan.

Thanks Graham! I've always wanted to know how to make this salad...
My friend loves the left overs of this salad for a next day stir fry....it's really good!
