Honey Baked Chicken

I just made this for Phil and he asked, "Why did I get married so late?" I think he liked it.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Place 3 lbs chicken in a casserole dish.
Mix:
2 tablespoons mustard
1/2 cup melted margarine
1/2 cup melted honey
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon salt
Pour mixture over chicken.
Bake in oven for 1 1/4 hour, basting every 15 minutes, or until chicken is tender and nicely browned.

A very similar dish was a family favourite for us. One of the first times I tried cooking was this dish for my roommate in university, and the chicken was terribly undercooked. It was a disgusting. He was polite about it, though.

Done properly, of course, it's very good. I stick to non-meat dishes now.
